December 2001 Cooking Disasters Winner Terry Haus
I was making spaghetti sauce and needed to add some garlic salt. My husband had just bought a new spice rack, with lovely brown containers for the various herbs and spices. He had arranged everything in the kitchen. Well, I grabbed the garlic salt and dumped it in. It wasn't the right color…uh…oh…it was cinnamon! We had takeout that night!
