To make a sauce when stir-frying; stir-fry the meats and veggies with flavoring ingredients. Continue cooking at high heat. Microwave your broth for 2 or 3 minutes and add to the other ingredients in the pan. This makes everything much faster and helps ensure that you have adequate heat as required for food safety. Thicken sauce with a little cornstarch dissolved in water and everything is done very quickly.

I am the world's worst cook. You would think that making a Cup of Instant Noodle Soup would be the easiest thing in the world--take off top, add boiling water, close, let sit, eat. In my hands even that was a disaster. One fine afternoon at work I went into the staff lounge in order to make myself that dreaded snack. I went over to the coffee maker, pressed a few buttons and got it to pour a cup of hot water into my noodles. I looked in the cup and saw that it filled up only half of the way. More water was in order. Without looking I pushed the start button only to see the machine start pouring coffee! To make matters worse, my now coffee flavored Cup of Noodles started overflowing making a mess around the machine!
