How many times have you had to chase after your kids when they are eating
an Ice cream
cone because the bottom is soggy and dripping ice cream all over?
The solution... Stick a large size marshmallow in the bottom of their ice
cream cone. One,
it saves on giving the little ones too much ice cream that goes to waste.
Two, it stops
the ice cream from making the cones soggy on the bottom and the kids love to
eat the
marshmallows. I often try to buy the different colored marshmallows and make
it fun for
the kids - they love to see what color they got.
You can also snipp the marshmallows to fit the pointed sugar cones if you
want.

I was trying out a new recipe for brownies. The recipe called for me to add
eggs to a slightly still warm melted chocolate mixture. I was in a big
hurry so I didn't wait long enough for the chocolate to cool down. I added
the
eggs anyway and mixed it all together really fast, poured it into a pan and
stuck it into the oven. Later, as I was sampling my brownies, I took a bite
and then looked closely at it. My brownies had scrambled eggs in them!
