There are three ways for you to shop online at
GourmetMagic.com:
1. Our Products
“Our Products” is located on the left side of the homepage with various product categories listed below. If you are looking for a particular item, click on a category where the item would be located. For example: if you want to purchase a Sushi Making Kit, you would click on the category “Asian Products”. A list of products within the category will appear. You can then scroll down through the list to see the available products.
If we do not have a product that you are looking for, please leave an e-mail at comments@gourmetmagic.com. We are continually expanding our product lines and your feedback would be very helpful and appreciated.
2. Our Stores
If you would like to shop by brand name, click on “Our Stores”. A page will appear showing over 40 brands that are offered at Gourmet Magic. When you click on a brand logo, the web page of that company appears. You can then read a brief story about the company and detailed descriptions of available products.
3. Search
If you are looking for something in particular and want to find it quickly, simply click on the “Search” button. For example: If you are interested in coffee, just type “coffee” in the box and click on “Search”. A list of the types of coffees available will appear. If you would like to order a coffee selection, click on “Add to Your Basket”. If you would like more information on a product, click on “Code”.
Minimum Order
There is a $15.00 minimum order, not including shipping, on GourmetMagic.com.
Placing an Order
When you locate a product that you would like to order, you have a choice of clicking on one of two buttons:
“Buy One Now” - This is the fastest and easiest way to start processing your order if you only intend to purchase one product. Just click on this box and then click on “Checkout”.
“Add One to Basket” - If you see something that you would like to order but would like to continue shopping, click on “Add One to Basket”. The quantity in your basket will change from None to 1. You still have the opportunity to change your mind and modify your order before checking out. To continue shopping, click on the “Home” button or one of the categories listed on the left.
View and Modify Order
Before proceeding to Checkout, it is a good idea to view the contents of your shopping basket by clicking on “Basket Contents”. You can modify your order here.
If you decide that you do not want to order a particular product, click on the “Remove” button on the left.
If you decide that you want a different quantity of a product, move your cursor inside the quantity box. Backspace to delete the current quantity and type in the new amount that you would like. Then click on “Update”.
Checkout
When you are finished shopping and have confirmed the products in your order, click on the “Checkout” button. You can checkout in 2 ways:
“Create New Account” - If you are a frequent shopper at GourmetMagic.com, you may want to establish an account so that you will have your personal information stored for shipping and billing purposes for future orders. For security reasons, we will not store any credit card information. You will have to enter the following information:
Login (Your last name)
E-mail lost password to (Your e-mail address)
Password
Confirm Password
For the first time after establishing your account, you will then enter your shipping and billing information. If anything changes, you can always edit your account by clicking on “Account”.
“Place Order Without an Account” - Ship To and Bill To forms will appear and you would simply fill them out. You would also use this method of checking out if you are sending a gift since the Ship To address would be different.
Shipping and Credit Card Options:
You will see a box “Ship Via” - Click on the down arrow and shipping options will appear. Highlight your preferred shipping method:
UPS Ground
UPS 2-Day
UPS 3-Day Select
UPS Next Day
Next you will see “Pay With” - Click on the down arrow to select the credit card that you will be using. Highlight your choice:
American Express
MasterCard
Visa
Additional Information:
1. Gift Message
This is the area where you would type a greeting for a gift purchase. Since our gift cards are hand written instead of computer generated, please be brief. Example:
Dear Melissa,
Happy Birthday!
Love, Steve and Debra
2. Catalog Request - Just click in the box and our current catalog will be mailed to you.
Payment Information
In this area, you will enter your credit card information. Please fill out the following fields:
First Name on Card
Last Name on Card
Credit Card Number
Expiration Date
This information must identically match the information on your credit card or the transaction be will denied for security reasons.
Important Information Regarding “Bill To” Addresses
Your billing address is the address associated with your credit card. In other words, it is the address where your credit card bills are delivered. Your billing address must exactly match your credit card or the transaction will be denied. This process helps protect the cardholder and Gourmet Magic against credit card fraud.
A Note Regarding Gift Orders
The “Bill To’” information will be your own address, phone number and e-mail address. Obviously, the “Ship To” information would be that of the person receiving your gift. If you would like the gift to be a surprise, just enter your own e-mail address in this box.
E-mail Confirmations
Order Confirmation: After you finish processing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order from Gourmet Magic. You may not receive this e-mail if your server (example: Hotmail, MSN, etc.) blocks commercial e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, do not place your order again before contacting Gourmet Magic at 866-414-6624 (toll free) or leave us an e-mail at comments@gourmetmagic.com. This could result in a duplicate order.
Shipping Confirmations - When your order is shipped from the warehouse, you will receive notification of shipment. This includes your UPS tracking number and a link to the UPS website. You will be able to access the UPS website and see when your order is scheduled for delivery.
