Ingredients:
2 pork tenderloins
Marinade:
1 jar Grandville’s Teriyaki BBQ Sauce
˝ cup rice wine or dry sherry
5 strips fresh tangerine or orange zest (removed with a vegetable peeler)
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
4 tablespoons toasted sesame oil (divided)
Preparation:
Trim the tenderloins of any excess fat or sinew. Place in a large zip-lock bag.
Combine sauce ingredients and 2 tablespoons of the sesame oil. Add to zip-lock bag and let marinate in refrigerator for 24-48 hours, turning occasionally.
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Remove tenderloins from marinade and blot dry with a paper towel.
Place remaining marinade into small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
When ready to cook, brush the tenderloins with the remaining sesame oil. Place tenderloins on hot grate and grill. Turn tenderloins with tongs until pork is browned on all sides, approximately 16-20 minutes.
Start brushing with marinade after the first 10 minutes. Cook until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees in center.
Rest tenderloins for 5 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
