Curried Lime Shrimp Barbeque

This fresh tasting barbequed shrimp dish will get your grilling season off to a delicious start. It is made an hour in advance and preparation is quick and easy. The grilling time is only 10 minutes so dinner will be on the table in a hurry – more time to spend with your family and friends!
Ingredients:
1 lb medium size uncooked shrimp, cleaned, peeled, tail on
2 large red or yellow peppers, cored, deseeded and sliced into 1” pieces
3 medium limes
½ cup white wine
2 Tbsp Urban Accents Curry Row
1 Tbsp Urban Accents Sonoma Pepper
Wooden Skewers
Preparation:
Soak wooden skewers in water for several hours.
Juice limes and pour juice into a bowl. Add wine, Curry Row and
Sonoma Pepper; whisk together. Add shrimp and pepper
slices. Stir to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for
one hour.
Preheat grill to medium-high. To prepare, alternate
shrimp and peppers on each skewer. Grill 4-5 minutes on
each side or until shrimp turn pink. Place remaining
marinade in saucepan, heat and reduce. Pour over cooked
shrimp or use as a dipping sauce.
Served Best: Hot
