Tortilla Sandwich Rolls

These Tortilla Roll-ups are the perfect lunch or snack for spring and summer entertaining. You can make them before your guests arrive and arrange them on a colorful platter or in a basket as shown in the photo. The preparation is quick and easy with very little mess to clean up. More time to enjoy your guests!


Ingredients:

Large Tortilla shells
Lillie’s Finger Leek-en Mustard BBQ Sauce
Lettuce
Swiss cheese
Several selections of deli meat (choose your personal preference)

Preparation:

In a cooking pan briefly heat the tortilla shells on each side. Using a butter knife, generously spread Lillie’s Finger Leek-en BBQ Sauce across the tortilla. Next layer the roll-up with first lettuce, Swiss cheese and then your selection of deli meats. For the last step, roll-up the tortilla shells and secure closed by piercing with two toothpicks. Position toothpicks and cut the sandwich in half and place on a serving platter. Enjoy!

Hint: Be sure not to pile on layers to high making it difficult to roll the shells closed.
