Extra Virgin Olive Oil Baste for Turkey "Thanksgiving is almost here and everyone is looking forward to a moist and succulent turkey. Try this simple baste made from high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil for fantastic results. After Thanksgiving, keep it in your recipe box to use on oven baked chicken." Ingredients: 1 cup chopped Italian parsley 1 cup chopped fresh sage 2 cups B.R. Cohn Extra Virgin Olive Oil Juice from 1 lemon Zest from 1 lemon 1/2 cup honey 2 cloves garlic Preparation:
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Use mixture to baste turkey. Notes:
This marinade can also be used for chicken, fish and beef. It can be prepared and kept in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
