Chocolate Java Cake "This fabulous recipe lets you enjoy your Java without sipping from a coffee cup. This rich and luscious cake is loaded with delicious ingredients such as chocolate, strong coffee, brown sugar, butter and coffee flavored liqueur. Impress your guests by serving this dessert as the end to a perfect meal!" Ingredients: 3 squares (3 oz.) unsweetened chocolate 1/2 cup strong black coffee or espresso 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar 5 tbsp. butter, softened 2/3 cup granulated sugar 2 tbsp. coffee-flavored liqueur 2 eggs 1 and 1/2 cups white flour, sifted 1 and 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2/3 cup milk Preparation:
Grease two 8" cake pans and dust with flour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
